Key Responsibilities
Develops and motivates sales professionals by coaching and transferring the knowledge of consultative selling skills and sales techniques, service offerings, and industry knowledge to the sales team to drive results.
Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large and medium customers.
Manages sales transaction pipelines and forecasting and hold sales staff accountable for assigned sales targets.
Demonstrates expertise and understanding in latest market developments and trends to drive go-to market strategies.
Manages the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge
Proven track record of using sales and marketing levers to build and deliver strategies to win in an aggressive marketplace.
Technical ability to articulate industry trends, understand the capabilities and translate information into future business opportunities.
Extensive experience in direct sales: Success developing deep, inclusive relationships with key customers
Education
Bachelor Degree in a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial risks by identifying and mitigating potential financial threats and opportunities.
• Lead the finance team by providing direction, setting performance objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and financial stability.
• Evaluate financial performance by analyzing financial statements, key metrics, and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure the implementation of robust internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, including due diligence and integration processes.
Knowledge
• Proven track record of leading financial operations and strategy in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of market trends and their impact on financial planning and performance.
• Experience in managing and developing high-performance finance teams.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
